Lakeview Baptist Church is a mission church on a mission-to preach the Word of God and bring in the Harvest of Souls for the Kingdom. There is a purpose for your life and it is you who must search and know God's will for your life. You have a Heavenly Father that loves you beyond anything the human mide can understand. Project Hope
Project Hope is a Food Shelf funded and sponsored by the Lakeveiw Baptist Church. It is an outreach into our community to help the poor and hungry. There are so many people who are hurting-it is the cry of a longing heart. It is our mission to minister and help those who are challenged by proverty.
On August 3, 2010 the Lakeview Baptist Church burned to the ground. The fire was caused by an electrical malfunction in an outlet. The fire did not lessen our responsbility to feed the people who come to Project Hope each Thursday. God had a plan even in this loss of the church sanctuary. The Lakeview Baptist will rebuild. A building package has been purchased and construction is planned.
